We believe that Free Shipping is not a Luxury anymore, it is rather an expectation from a consumer point of view when shopping online, and we truly understand this.

Therefore, we are pleased to offer Free Priority shipping (5-7 days)  to the US, Canada & Australia. If you would like to get your product faster, please choose from various carrier-provided rates when checking out. For International customers, shipping is calculated at checkout which is offered at discounted rates with our shipping partners. 

Please note that Free Priority Shipping is offered using UPS Ground Shipping which includes insurance up to $100 and does not cover theft coverage. Therefore, we highly recommend you choose the signature-on-delivery option for only $5.99 during checkout. 

Not only that, we also offer Free Returns & Exchanges within the USA if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. your first exchange is free, however further exchanges will incur shipping charges. Please see instructions on how to return the product here.

Please note that items marked on Clearance are final orders. No returns or exchanges will be offered. Therefore, please ensure you go through our size chart carefully. We highly recommend reaching out to us via email if you have any questions about size. If body measurements can be provided, please do so and our designer will get in touch with you to make sure that the chosen jacket will be a perfect fit for you. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates for international orders may vary. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
